Meet the team
Jack Lourie
Jack Lourie is a well-established name in real estate and property development, with considerable experience in both multi-residential and commercial projects. Over his career he has purchased over 400 properties, developed over 75 townhouses, and has over 80 commercial properties with over 90 customers. Even though he has a deep knowledge of property already, Jack is passionate about learning new things and taking on new challenges.
Jack’s primary role at Jaxx is acquisitions.

Doug Latham
Doug is the development manager at Jaxx, in charge of all things in between acquisition and sale/leasing. He has experience managing the full project life cycle for developments. He also looks after the finances and is involved in the strategic decisions.
Doug holds a Bachelor of Civil Engineering and is a Chartered Professional Engineer. Like Jack, Doug is also passionate about property development.

As Acquisitions & Leasing Manager at JAXX Property, Ryan drives the company’s growth by sourcing strategic property acquisitions that align with our long-term goals.
Ryan's focus is on fostering strong relationships to unlock and maximize opportunities that fuel portfolio expansion and performance. Additionally, he manages day to day leasing operations and secures new tenancies, ensuring the business continues to thrive and evolve.
Ryan oversees all purchases and leases at Jaxx.
