Strategic diversification

We've diversified the portfolio, adding our first ever storage complex - a 6500m2 self-storage site in Opawa. JAXX saw significant add-value potential in this property, purchasing it unconditionally to secure a strategic commercial opportunity. Plans are well underway to upgrade the physical site and we've partnered with Safeguard Storage who will overhaul the customer and storage management systems.
