Located in an affluent retail suburb, this was an ex-fish and chip shop when we acquired it. Over the course of three months, we completely renovated it to as-new condition and gave it a completely new lease of life with House of Travel taking up residence on a long-term commercial lease.  We have recently added an architecturally designed structure to the building which showcases the latest billboard in Christchurch in conjunction with our continued partnership with GoMeda.
