Strategic South Canterbury Vision
In June 2024, Jaxx acquired this a large-scale retail complex in the heart of Ashburton, with a vision to giving it a significant facelift. Comprising three separate buildings, the site has a total lettable area of 4000m² of retail space and 130 car park spaces. Existing tenants include City Fitness, Number One Shoes, Savemore supermarket and Super Liquor. We are well underway with a major overhaul of the former Briscoes building, planning an additional six tenancies ranging in size from 150m² to 1000m².
